SISIG WITH RICE AND EGG · In a pan over medium heat, cook sisig until dry. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, melt margarine. Add rice and mix well.

Having had a variety of sisig dishes at other eateries, I was surprised by this one's flavor. You will never grow weary of sampling this particular type of sisig, which is why it is so near to perfection. Because of the ingredients, the sisig is crispy and really flavorful. It's well done; adding some lime makes it even more delectable. This isn't soupy or dry sisig. Their sisig cooking is excellent.

An added benefit to the sisig is the egg, which tastes much better. You will want more rice because of the delicious sisig. You won't regret sisig's flavor, thus the cost is justified.
